Fitness Classes At Body Language Health Club
Our 10x16m studio is where the group exercise classes take place. With polished wooden floors, mirror and glass walls, the open and airy studio offers stunning views overlooking the lush greenery.
Our Yoga clasees incorporate spiritual, mental and physical practices that help improve body and mind. The physical postures of yoga are used to alleviate health problems, reduce stress and make the spine supple. Yoga is a complete exercise program and physical therapy routine.
Other group classes include boot camp, a fun, challenging series of exercises that includes stretching, strength, conditioning, and aerobic exercises.
Our spin classes are indoor cycling reinvented. A combination of fat-burning, cardio cycling to soul infused rhythms offers a full body-workout.
Swimming classes are provide by the experienced coaches at Absolute Swimming Academy.
Body Language Health Club offers private or group tennis lessons (2 to 6 players) for children and adults. Highly qualified coaches help people of all ages and levels.
